  • How can I book a room at your hotel?

  • What types of rooms do you offer?
    We have the following types of rooms:
    - Economic
    - Double standard
    - Study
    - One bedroom apartments
    - One-bedroom apartments with balcony

  • What is your cancellation policy?
    Our cancellation policy may vary depending on the season. You can cancel free of charge from 48 hours to 15 days in advance if you choose the flexible rate. If you choose the non-refundable rate, your payment will not be refunded. We recommend reviewing the specific conditions during the booking process.
  • How can I modify or cancel my reservation?
    If you booked through an agency, you'll need to contact them directly. If you booked with us, you can manage it in the "My Bookings" section of our website by entering your email address and tracking number, or by calling us at +34 952 52 95 82 .
  • Do I need a credit card to book?
    Yes, payment is required for the first night if your rate is flexible and the full stay if it is non-refundable.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept credit or debit cards and cash.
  • Do you offer discounts for groups or families?

    - From 2 p.m. onwards, if your reservation is for a double or economy room.
    - From 5 p.m., if your reservation is for an apartment or studio.

    - Before 12:00 p.m., if your reservation is for a double or economy room.
    - Before 11:00 a.m., if your reservation is for an apartment or studio.
  • Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
    Yes, but it is subject to availability and incurs a surcharge. Please inquire at reception or email playamaro@hotelplayamaro.com.
  • What documents do I need to present when registering?
    You must present your identification document: DNI, passport, NIE (National Identity Document), residence card, or Spanish driver's license.
  • Do you have a luggage storage service?
    No
  • Where can I park my car?
    You can park in the esplanade next to our main building.
  • How do I get to the hotel from the airport/train station/etc.?
    You can take a bus to Nerja and then another to Maro. Taxis and shuttle services are also available directly to the Playamaro Hotel.

    We offer free Wi-Fi for all our guests, as well as a restaurant and pool available during the summer season.

    All rooms have air conditioning/heating, Wi-Fi, a private bathroom with shower gel/shampoo, towels, bed linen, blankets, hangers, and a TV. The apartments also include a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa or sofa bed.
